About Dr. Cheung
Dr. Cheung attended the University of Calgary and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology specializing in Botany in 2016. He is a 2020 graduate of The New England College of Optometry. He gained a wide range of clinical experience through externship rotations at Providence Veterans Administration Hospital (Providence, RI), South Boston Community Health Center (Boston, MA), Eye Consultant of Colorado (Conifer, CO), and MVC Eyecare (Manchester, NH).
Following graduation, he completed an optometric residency in ocular disease, refractive, and ocular surgery at Eye Care Associates of Nevada. He provides diagnosis and treatment for various ocular conditions, including ocular surface disease, infections, glaucoma, and retinal diseases, as well as conducting pre and post-operative care for cataract surgery.
Dr. Cheung is a native of Red Deer, AB. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the outdoors — whether it be skiing, hiking, or rollerblading.
