Dr. Manning is a comprehensive ophthalmologist with extensive experience in treating a variety of eye disease using state –of-the-art medical and surgical technology. His clinical expertise centers on the management of glaucoma, cataracts, and plastic surgery including upper lid blepharoplasty, ectropion and entropion repair, eyelid reconstruction, and botox injections for blepharospasm, hemifacial spasm, and cosmetic.

Dr. Manning graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed an ophthalmology residency through the Air Force program in San Antonio, Texas. His clinical experience includes serving as the chief of ophthalmology at Southwest Medical Associates in Nevada and the Air Force Academy in Colorado. Prior military experience includes a tour of duty as an Air Force/NASA flight surgeon at Edwards AFB and deployment to Desert Storm during the Gulf War. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Manning resides in Reno with his wife, Susan. His life revolves around his seven children, and five grandchildren, whom he is crazy about! He is also an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Dr. Manning enjoys many outdoor activities, particularly snowboarding, tennis, backpacking, and off-road motorsports. As a passionate member of SEE International, he travels the world performing much needed surgeries to those less fortunate. His wife and children often accompany him on these missions.
